Catalyst types

CERAMIC CATALYSTS (Pt)

Dominating precious metal - platinum (Pt),
Monolith base - ceramics.
Size of the monolith - 10-30 cm.
Shapes: cylinder, trapeze, oval, etc.
Amount of Pt (%) and cost of catalysts is determined after specifying (SA) or chemical (CA) analysis.

CERAMIC CATALYSTS (Pd)

Dominating precious metal palladium (Pd)
Monolith base - ceramics.
Size of the monolith - 10-30 cm.
Shapes: cylinder, trapeze, oval, etc.
Amount of Pd (%) and cost of catalysts is determined after specifying (SA) or chemical (CA) analysis.

DIESEL CATALYSTS

Monolith base - ceramics.
Size of the monolith - 10-30 cm, the shape of cylinder, trapeze, oval, etc.
These are ceramic catalysts with platinum (Pt) predominating in and making up the main value of the structure. Such catalysts contain no palladium (Pd) and only some models contain small amounts of rhodium (Rh). Surface of such catalysts is covered by an oily dark layer of soot which is visible from both sides of the monolith. Cost is determined after specifying (SA) or chemical (CA) analysis.

METAL CATALYSTS

Monolith base - sheets of metal.
Size of the monolith - 10-20 cm Shapes - various.
These are the catalysts made with a metal base. Contain small amounts of platinum (Pt) and palladium (Pd). These catalysts are prepared for processing and are processed in other ways than ceramic catalysts. Cost depends on prices for precious metals on the global market.
